Founded in 2002, Utility Management Services "UMS" is a limited liability corporation registered in the State of Minnesota. Utility Management Services is a business specifically focused towards providing management and operational services to publicly owned utilities and to their customers.

UMS business plan is to develop partnerships with other companies that have the same principles, beliefs and goals as that of UMS.
